Two new Tata models from DIMO
Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO) with Tata Motors launched two
cars, Zest and Bolt, to the Sri Lankan market last week.
Tata Motors launched the Zest in India in August 2014 and the Bolt in
January 2015, under its Horizonext strategy. The cars have gone down
well in India for its new design language, driving pleasure and
high-tech, segment-first, connectivity features.
Manufactured in Pune, India, the Zest and Bolt come with world-class
manufacturing quality, benchmarked across global brands and engineered
on a completely modified platform.
Head of International Business, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit,
Tata Motors, Johnny Oommen said, "We at Tata Motors are delighted to
bring two new products to the Sri Lankan market - the dynamic compact
sedan, Zest and the sporty hatchback, Bolt. The two cars, loaded with
