positions within Unilever Sri Lanka, Unilever global, and also in other
companies locally and internationally.
"It is an honour to see our talent management practices being
recognised at this forum. This award further underscores the value we
place on our employees and our commitment to their all-round development
and well-being," Director HR and Corporate Relations, Unilever Sri
Lanka, Sameer Nagarajan said.
"We'll continue to reward them for their passion and dedication
towards the company as we inspire them with global exposure and best
practices," he said.
"Around the world, Unilever seeks to have a positive impact on the
local economies we operate in. We go beyond developing internal talent
to actively reach out to the student community across schools and
universities as part of our efforts to develop the next generation of
business leaders," Nagarajan added. |
