'Blue Melody' to celebrate Chinese:

New Year

The China Cultural Centre of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Internal Affairs Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs will present the New Maritime Silk Route Concert Sri Lanka Tour 2016 at the Nelum Pokuna on February 23, to mark the Chinese New Year 2016.

The Silk Road Band comprises 26 traditional singers and dancers who will perform Chinese national folk music and dance in a creative and unique performing style. The variety of instrumental music featured will showcase the artistry of the members of the band.

In a backdrop of colourful splendour 'Blue Melody' - the Maritime Silk Route Concert, Sri Lanka Tour 2016 is a memorable way to greet the Chinese New Year.
