SLS mark for radiators Radiators manufactured by Browns Dimo Industrial Products (Pvt) Limited (BDIL) manufacturers have received SLS certification from the Sri Lanka Standards Institution. According to the company, they are the first automobile spare parts to receive SLS certification. The radiators are made using German technology and the manufacturing process takes place within a well defined quality control system designed, documented and adopted to meet ISO 9001: 1994 standards with specifications for the SLS marks scheme. BDIPL an associate company of Brown and Company Limited Diesel and Motor Engineering Co. Ltd., and DFCC Bank was set up in 1997 with the merger of the radiator manufacturing division of Browns Group of Industries Limited and Dimo Industries Limited. The company's product range besides radiators for generators earth moving equipment and locomotives, also include heat transfer equipment and inter-coolers used in coconut, rubber, tea and rice mills.
