Swiss - win on faster run rate by Kandy Sports correspondent Swiss Combine Cricket Club from Switzerland scored their second win of their seven match tour of Sri Lanka when they beat Kandy Cricket Club on a faster run rate in a limited over cricket match played at the Asgiriya Stadium. Feature of the match was a exhilarating knock of 82 with 4 sixes and 4 fours by veteran Julian Arnolda who also captured 4 for 47 with his off spinners but his effort was not enough to bring his side victory. After the first six wickets had fallen for 41, he had an useful ally in Trinity's under 13 cricket captain 12 year old Sachitch Pathirana and the pair put on 95 for the seventh wicket of which Pathirana's contribution was 13. For the winners, Ravi Demotara 52 with 4 fours and 3 sizzling sixes and Dugal Jansz 20 with 2 fours and a six batted briskly.
