Sri Lankan Day Program

The Sri Lankan High Commission in the Maldives has organised the Sri Lankan Day program on Friday September 2, 2005.

The program which will be graced by Labour Relations and Foreign Employment Minister Athauda Seneviratne includes a friendly cricket match (Married vs Unmarried) to be played on September 2 commencing at 7.am at the Male' cricket ground followed by a grand musical show with the participation of a host of popular Sri Lankan artistes at Iskandar School, Male' from 8 p.m. onwards.

On a special arrangement by the Sri Lankan High Commissioner for Maldives M. L. Ali Farook. Minister Seneviratne will be meeting all Sri Lankan expatriates in Maldives on the following day (September 3) at the Sri Lankan High Commission.
