Child beggars: This beggars belief
Child beggars who are pushed to the streets by
their parents to earn a quick buck, are the ones that are in most
danger. While being threatened to find 'more money' by their parents
who are without a fixed abode and stable income - these innocent
children are also compelled to compete with other child beggars with
adults who do it as a business.

library, perhaps, to compensate in a little way for the great loss
