National distributor appointed for Suri Trading

Suri Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd. importers and distributors of the Booster Energy drink signed an agreement for national distributorship with a well-known pharmaceutical company M/s ABC Pharma Services (Pvt) Ltd recently.

ABC Pharma will distribute the Booster energy drink and Appeton Weight Gain Milk powder to pharmacies and supermarkets islandwide.

Managing Director/CEO of Suri Trading Company Sujeewa Suriyaarachchie said that weight gain and Booster has penetrated the local market and customers are loyal to the two brands. Their aim in this tie up with ABC Pharma is to strengthen distribution. He said that M/s ABC Pharma is capable of handling the distribution effectively with their efficient distribution network. They placed their confidence in them for distribution.

MD of M/s ABC Pharma Adrian Basnayake said that the awareness among the younger population of the Booster Energy drink is growing rapidly and he has witnessed youth consuming the Booster Energy drink in several instances. The Booster is good for all ages and has no side effects.

It is an affordable energy drink which the public has been waiting for. Suriyaarachchie said that the Suri Trading Company will be focusing heavily on marketing in the future. As the first step towards this, he said a CIM (UK) qualified, experienced professional marketer took over the marketing division of M/s Suri Trading Co as the head of marketing from November 1.
