'I consider Sri Lanka, my second home' On my first to Sri Lanka in 1977, I never expected to see such a beautiful country and such friendly and smiling people'. These sentiments were expressed by Ms. Ida Guuyn, from UK when I met her at the Pegasus Reef Hotel. Hendala last week. Ida was on her 29th visit to Sri Lanka, and she had selected Pegasus Reef Hotel to spend her holidays during her 29 visits to Sri Lanka.

'Sri Lanka is certainly a paradise, and I have never seen such a beautiful country, anywhere in the world,' Ida said. She was so impressed with the beautiful beach adjacent to the hotel, and the warm hospitality extended to her, that she had selected Sri Lanka to spend her holidays. 'Good food, smiling people, warm hospitality - what else do I need for a good holiday,' she said.

Smiling Ms. Guuyn said that she had two sons, two daughters, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren and still I feel I am in my teens. During my 29 visits every time I left Sri Lanka after a holiday, I took with me sweet memories of a very pleasant stay in this pearl of the Indian Ocean, with a promise that I will come back,' so I am back, Ida said.
