CRICKET: Sachithra Senanayake returned excellent figures of four wickets for four runs and Hans Fernando stroked a superb century to put SSC in a commanding position on the opening day of their SLC under 23 division one cricket tournament match against Nugegoda SC played at Maitland Place yesterday. NCC pile up 320

Allrounder Farveez Maharoof hit a top score of 97 to help NCC pile up a formidable 329 runs in their first innings on the opening day of their SLC under 23 division one cricket tournament match against Tamil Union played at Maitland Place yesterday.
