BOI signs 14 agreements

The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) signed 14 agreements valued at US$ 19.4 million in October.

These projects cover a wide range of sectors such as the manufacture of gloves, ready-made garments, waste management, IT, dairy projects, poultry farming, and the milling of rice.

In addition, once they operate the projects will generate an estimated 1,525 new employment opportunities.

Included are the six projects for which the BOI signed agreements valued at US$ 8.6 million. Dhammika Perera, Chairman/ Director General BOI presented the Certificates of Registrations to the Investors.
