Virtusa CEO honoured with TiE-Boston IPO award

Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that provides IT consulting, technology implementation and application outsourcing services, said that Chairman and CEO Kris Canekeratne has been awarded a TiE-Boston IPO award in recognition of the company's successful IPO in August this year.

"I am honoured to receive this recognition from TiE-Boston," said Canekeratne. "This award is a true reflection of the dedication and commitment of thousands of Virtusans who have helped build a terrific company.

They all work continuously to stretch the boundaries of what is possible and deliver outstanding value to our clients-all while building a culture of superior performance."
