Did terrorist poison dogs?

Police probing the Katubedda bomb blast last Friday where 23 persons died and 72 persons were injured when a terrorist targeted a passenger bus and exploded a powerful bomb in a shrub along Katubedda-Piliyandala road are trying to ascertain whether the three dead dogs were poisoned to prevent them from barking at them.
