Help Yunus: growth hormone deficiency

Eight-year-old Yunus Fulail of 17, Devanampiyatissa Mw., Colombo 10 is stunted due to growth hormone deficiency.

Consultant Paediatrician, Dr. Shamya de Silva has advised daily injections of growth hormone, which is not issued by the Lady Ridgeway Hospital and had to purchase from the open market. Yunus' present height and weight necessitates an intake of 11.6 units of Recombinant GH per week, which costs about Rs. 20,000 per month.

Yunus' mother, S. Rubeena Falail, who cannot find the means, appeals to the generous public to help her son's cause, by remitting their contributions to A/c No. 7036374 of the Bank of Ceylon, Maradana branch.
