Business delegation visits Hungary

Prof. Peiris meets with Ms. Fekszi Horvath.

A delegation of Sri Lankan businessmen headed by Prof. G. L. Peiris, Minister of Export Development and International Trade, visited Hungary recently to seek avenues for expanding the Hungarian market for Sri Lankan products.

During this visit, Prof. Peiris met with Ms. Marita Fekszi Horvath and Abel Garamhegzi, State Ministers for Foreign Affairs and National Development and Economics of Hungary. Prof. Peiris informed Ms. Fekszi, of the prevalent situation in Sri Lanka and the humanitarian crisis faced by the Government among other matters.
