Seminar for financial professionals

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) has organised a seminar titled as `HR part of the CFO’s job’.

This seminar would be a golden opportunity especially for financial professionals where a vast knowledge concerning how to manage the talent bestowed in the workforce of your company would be provided.

The importance of the HR aspect of a company’s workforce and how it affects the overall performance of a company would be carefully articulated through this seminar.

The seminar would focus on four key areas in four separate sessions conducted by a panel of experts in the field.

The first session would focus on `Line Manager’s role as an HR Manager’ conducted by Chathuri Munaweera - General Manager HR and Legal, Eagle Insurance PLC.

The second session would be on `How High Performing companies attract and motivate their key people’ conducted by C Hewapattini - Head of HR, Nations Trust Bank, The third session would be under the topic of `Performance Measures and Rewards’ done by Dinesh Weerakkody - Managing Director, Cornucopia and the fourth and the final session would be on `Learning and Development’ conducted by Aroshi Perera - Head of Risk and Control, Brandix
