Lanka Securities (Pvt) Ltd. (LSL) is a joint venture stockbroking company between the First Capital Securities Corporation Limited of Pakistan, the Bank of Ceylon and the Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka. Established in June 1989, LSL is a Licensed Member of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) is completing 20 years in Capital Market operations.

As a pioneering member firm of the CSE the company has been in wealth creation for its diverse clientele which are local institutions, local individuals, corporate funds, foreign individuals and foreign funds.

During this 20 year period the company has been commissioned on many occasions as the sponsoring broker for companies seeking a Listing on the CSE.LSL is in the business of Equity Trading in Listed Entities on the CSE, facilitating strategic deals, privatisation arrangements and Corporate Finance related services.
