Cuisine and culture
Hilton Colombo is creating excitement bringing to life authentic
South African cuisine and culture from April 28 to May 3. Celebrity
Guest Chef Wandi Ndla, Head Chef from Soweto Restaurant in Johannesburg,
South Africa, promises to mesmerise hotel guests with colourful fare
that taste equally scrumptious.
The cuisine will be spiced up with South African dances and rhythms
at the Hilton Colombo, and the business is expected to hit a new high.
A right royal welcome awaits the Hilton Colombo customers when Her
Royal Highness Princess Nomkhosi Zulu, herself, will grace the occasion
to greet each and everyone, personally.
This innovative South African Festival will coincide with their
National Freedom Day Celebrations in Sri Lanka for the first time.
Seating will be limited and guests are expected to reserve their seats
without delay, to take in this `live' experience of their lifetime.
Expectations are high at Trans Asia, Hilton Colombo and other leading
hotels as hospitality reaches a climax not necessarily based on profits
and gain.
Its a matter of `keeping the party alive.'
Experimenting with extremes and taking calculated risks are bound to
become winning traits practised at times of crisis.
Businesses should take heed to innovate, experiment and follow best
practises, for the sake of sustenance, at this time, more than targeting
profitability, when the entire world is plagued with an economic
downturn. |
