Poster, essay and drama competition

The following affiliates of Education International Brussels, Belgium, ACUT, ACUT(G), CTTU, SLITU and USLTS have organised Poster Essay and Drama Competition for Sri Lankan Schools as part of the global campaign for education from May 10 to 31.

The posters should be 15x20 inches or 35x52 cm. Essays could be in Sinhala or Tamil or English, and should not be more than 250 words. It should be relevant to the theme. Dramas should be limited to 30 minutes in Sinhala or Tamil or English. Cast is limited to 10. Applications for dramas should be sent through school principals. Poster should be attested by the head of the school placing rubber stamp in the rear section of the creation.

Following details should also be furnished.

Each entry should carry the title of the poster, essay or drama.

Full name of the applicant, age, sex, complete address of residence, school and contact number, name of the school principal and the address is a must.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third winners. Those placed 4 to 25 will receive merit certificates.

The creations should be directed to: The Organising Committee, USLTS Office, 100, Main Street, Walasmulla.
