Royal beat SACK 39-6

RUGBY: It was a right Royal victory as they drubbed St. Anthony’s College, Kandy by the big margin of 39 points (2 goals, 5 tries) to 6 (1 penalty, 1 drop goal) in their Inter-schools `A’ Division Rugby Tournament match played at Nittawela yesterday.

At half-time Royal led 22-3. Royal College came up with some power play through their forwards which rattled the Antonians whose reply was some pathetic play.

Royalists dominated the line outs and also did well in the loose giving the Antonians no chance whatsoever to restrict their opponents.
