ZTE SDR Workshop for Mobile Operators

ZTE Lanka, a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation, Shenzhen, China, one of the leading global suppliers of 3G telecommunications equipment held a series of workshops on Software defined Radio Technology (SDR) which is a cost reducing technology ZTE recommends from which all mobile operators can benefit.

The main participants were Dialog, Telekom PLC, Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd., Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., and Airtel Sri Lanka. The workshops were held on April 29, May 5 and May 6 at Taj Samudra.
