Lankan Embassy in Holland attacked again

The Sri Lankan Embassy in the Netherlands was attacked on Friday night by the LTTE supporters, the Foreign Ministry sources reported.

When the Sri Lanka Embassy in the Hague was first attacked on last Wednesday, additional security was requested, but no such arrangements had been made by the authorities before the reported attacks, the Ministry sources added. If additional security had been provided such ugly incidents could have been averted. A few weeks ago a series of similar attacks were made by LTTE sympathisers on Sri Lankan Missions in England, Canada and Norway as well.
