How much I miss you....

I don't know whether you remember me. We went to Dehiattakandiya for the passing out parade of my elder brother. I once and for all saw you there i.e: 27 July. You came with us as the driver of a hired car. You are a friend of one of my classmates.

I saw a certain simplicity in you. Your calm behaviour and simplicity stole my heart. Every little thing that you have said and done, sank deeper into my heart. After that journey all are calm and silent like before, except my mind.

Though I tried to rid myself of this situation, I couldn't. I have to fulfil the expectations of my family so, these days I'm trying to concentrate on my studies. But, every single minute you appear in my mind. You might not know that I'm still searching for you. I don't know yet, even what your name is.

I do want to connect with you. But, I want to conceal this from my classmate. Because, I don't know exactly whether you had any idea about me. So, I'm in a quandary yet. As that, I hesitate to get his help to contact you. The fault is mine. Because, I ignored you when you tried to talk to me. I could have talked with you.

While you were driving how many times did I look at you through the side mirror? I remember, I saw you properly first at the Army barrier in Kandy. While we were returning home, I was able to see your face at close-range as I sat behind your seat. At that time I wanted to show you that I care for you. But, I think I couldn't give any clue to you. Because, my father always had sat next to you. Even if we went to Mahiyangana Vihara on our way back you didn't came with us. Had you come we could have talked. Why didn't you come?

However, I had to bid you bye in the destination. My friend who I mentioned above comes often to my residence. But all that time I had no courage to know about you. If you still remember me it means that, there is room in your heart somewhere for me too. You are still far from me. But, No matter the distance. I remember you always. I'm sure that I'll miss you so.

May you have a good future!

Banchi.

Love Lines

Shining Star
You are a star
that shines in the
sky......
I'm a small wild flower
that enjoys with your
Shine......

For a moment I alone
with a dream
You are my sweetheart
I'm your loving little angel
We danced with
daffodil flowers......
bathing in moonlight
floating with clouds
throughout that loving paradise
Oh! what a sweet moment......

I come back to earth
with a cool dew drop
Oh! where is my sweetheart

He is still shining in the sky
I'm still looking at him
I have understood
I'm a poor wild flower
that only can look at
Shining Star......
