Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC entered into a partnership with the

educational exhibition on Sri Lanka's hydro-culture and water heritage
under the theme "Water & Life". The agreement was signed by Managing
Director, Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC, Kishu Gomes and Chairman,
Mihindu Cultural Foundation, Kalasoori Sathischandra Edirisingha.
Parallel to the National Farmer's Day and the National Hydro-Cultural
fortnight, Chevron and the Mihindu Cultural Foundation join hands with
the aim of making the present generation aware of Sri Lanka's National
hydro - cultural heritage; raising awareness among schoolchildren and
other urban and rural communities regarding the importance of water
resource conservation and utilization for livelihood and socio-economic
development of the country. The exhibition will be launched in Colombo
next month, and rolled out across other key cities throughout the
country.
Living in a day and age where this vital natural resource is
unprotected, polluted and scarce, the `Water & Life' exhibition will
make communities aware of this critical need and thereby participate in
making a change.
