Coincidence is sapling of love

One Sunday was a red letter day in my life. It was on a shopping complex that we both met for the first time. Still my heart is haunted with that coincidence. On that day I had to hurry from the complex to go home because of my friend’s arrival. But I was the last in the counter queue, meanwhile, you were the second.

No one came forward to help me except you. And you were the person I least expected, but you did, I didn’t know how you read my face or heart. “Excuse me, are you in a hurry? If you don’t mind you can take my turn.” I was frozen and numbed. I didn’t know how I should answer except by simply nodding my head. Not even the word ‘thanks’ from me in return. That was the end of our first meeting.

Day and night my thoughts about you toppled my heart. I didn’t know whether to say thanks. With the grace of God I met you after two weeks during my uncle’s anniversary party. It was an awesome co-incidence and there while conveying my ‘thanks’ I conveyed my friendship.

And by and by we became very close, sharing our secrets. But my heart was too fragile to confess my love for you. I don’t know why, but I am not bold enough to betray our friendship and I am afraid what your response would be.

Anyhow, I cannot leave this state of affair to go on any longer. I will put a stop to this on your coming birthday. But I have a hunch that you will confess your love to me before I do.

Love Lines

Your world

I’m lost in a world
Where I cannot find a way out
Wondering how to step forward
Without any light
deep in your heart
I found a place for me
But I couldn’t step forward
Coz it’s surrounded by darkness
I was lost in thoughts of you
So soft as the wind
But there was no way out
So I turned back
Finally I got into your eyes
where your loneliness hugs you
I found my path
So I decided to be a part of your tears
Then I can get out from your world
As the tear falls down to the earth
I vanished from your world
Because one thing I surely know is
“I LIKE YOU, BUT I DON’T LOVE YOU”
