ETPL joins ERI Group
Sri Lanka's leading Systems Integrator - Enterprise Technology (Pvt)
Ltd (ETPL) - recently joined Environmental Resources Investment PLC (ERI)
Group of Companies under Olancom (Pvt) Ltd, via a preference share issue
of 10 million shares with a 12 percent coupon and an option to convert
to ordinary shares at Rs. 10 per share totalling Rs. 100M.
The fresh capital will be used to settle outstanding debts and expand
ETPL's operations to become the market leader in the enterprise
solutions industry in Sri Lanka.

and Communication Technology (ICT), ETPL provides services and solutions
such as design, implementation and support for Data Centres, IP
Telephony, Network Security, Optical Fiber Networks and
Routing/Switching Networks.

ETPL's clients include prestigious names such as Sri Lanka Telecom,
Dialog, Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
