ETPL joins ERI Group

Sri Lanka's leading Systems Integrator - Enterprise Technology (Pvt) Ltd (ETPL) - recently joined Environmental Resources Investment PLC (ERI) Group of Companies under Olancom (Pvt) Ltd, via a preference share issue of 10 million shares with a 12 percent coupon and an option to convert to ordinary shares at Rs. 10 per share totalling Rs. 100M.

The fresh capital will be used to settle outstanding debts and expand ETPL's operations to become the market leader in the enterprise solutions industry in Sri Lanka.

Staffed with highly skilled professionals and experts in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), ETPL provides services and solutions such as design, implementation and support for Data Centres, IP Telephony, Network Security, Optical Fiber Networks and Routing/Switching Networks.

The company's expertise in providing leading edge enterprise solutions spans over 10 years.

ETPL's clients include prestigious names such as Sri Lanka Telecom, Dialog, Sri Lanka Ports Authority.

In providing these solutions, the company partners with state-of-the-art world renowned technology partners such as CISCO, EMC, Oracle, Microsoft, and HP amongst others.
