Minister against false propaganda

We must unite against false propaganda carried out against the Sri Lanka President who crushed LTTE terrorism which prevailed as a wound not only to Sri Lanka but also to the world by Ban Ki Moon loyal to Western forces, Postal Services Minister Jeewan Kumaratunga said.

The Minister said that the panel of experts of the United Nations is taking forward false propaganda among the world community to tarnish the image of Sri Lankan President. "As Sri Lankans, we must stand the forces opposed to Sri Lanka in the Western world", he said.

The Minister said that it was the timely duty of trade union leaders to show our strength to the world on the international workers day on May 1. Minister Kumaratunga made these observations addressing the 30th anniversary of Sri Lanka Junior Supervisors and Postal Sorters Officers Association held at National Library Auditorium.
