Insurance scheme for Notebook customers

The World's largest Technology Company and a leader in innovative technology and service Hewlett-Packard (HP) joined hands with Sri Lanka’s largest state insurer Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) to launch an insurance plan HP Advantage Plus for Notebook customers.

HP Advantage Plus is a solution provided by HP to safeguard computers.

HP Advantage Plus is Sri Lanka’s first insurance policy cover.

HP Advantage Plus protects computers from theft, accidental damage, liquid damage and malicious damage.

It ensures that customers need not have to worry as the Notebook is protected 24/7.

Customers who purchase HP Notebook models such as DV4,DV6,G4,G6, Probook 4430s,and 4530s,from an authorised HP Business partner are entitled to this free “All PiskPisk Policy”,which will give cover to Notebooks.

The program is available to new HP notebook purchasers and existing owners who purchase their machines during December.

Country Business Manager Asia Emerging Countries, Personal systems Group Hewlett-Packard Lackshmindra Fernando said , "This season HP PSG Sri Lanka is launching a promotion drive where end users who purchase Note books will receive a free insurance policy subject to the terms and conditions.This HP initiative is in collaboration with the local agent-SLIC.
