A Katina pinkama was
held at the Paap Bao Tem-ple in the Tien Giang Province in
Vietnam with the participation of Ven. Dr. Maharagama
Mahinda Thera and Ven. Wanavasi Rahula Thera. Several
Bhikkhus and Bhikkunis from Thailand, Burma, Cambodia
participated in the ceremony.

Justice Minister
Rauff Hakeem and UNICEF Deputy Representative, Desiree
Jongsma, light the oil lamp at the opening ceremony of the
second Children’s Court in Jaffna. UNICEF has invested Rs.
3.5 million on this initiative.
