Seylan implemens MTI's 8S based Startegic Plan

Seylan Bank, which recorded an impressive 1st quarter 2012 performance, is now implementing the three year Strategic Plan that was developed in consultation with MTI Consulting.

"The Directors and Senior Managers of Seylan Bank worked with MTI Consulting in the 2nd half of 2011, through a highly interactive and inclusive process, to develop strategies to take the Bank to new heights" said CEO of Seylan Bank Kapila Ariyaratne.

Bahrain-based MTI CEO Hilmy Cader who personally spearheaded the project from MTI said "After an exhaustive process of strategising, we are now going through a process of Implementation Audits, whereby the Seylan Senior Management with hands-on responsibility for execution are periodically reporting on the progress they are making.
