Few callers for Big Lady
Retired Big Lady, surrounded by some of her old Cabin-Net, had opened
her big mouth again, casting malicious remarks against the bigwigs of
the Governing types at a function that is Norwegian. When Ree-Shard bid
goodbye, the Big Lady took on the Muslim Mini-Star too. "You are scared
of your boss and don't call me, but people like Faw-See and Naa-Winna
call me almost daily," she said.
Fonny questions Tea-Run's hard work
Fonny was furious that Tea-Run Potato had not negotiated his release
properly. Despite all the good work, Tea-Run had to get down their
lawyer Raw-Mesh to make Fonny aware that a convicted person could not
get everything under a Presidential pardon and that even Es-Bee got a
similar pardon initially.
Saa-jeet to boost Greens' morale
Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave, visited Fonny at a hospital, a few days
before the latter was pardoned and questioned him as to how he had
boosted the morale of the Army during the battle.
"Why, do you want to do likewise in politics?," Fonny said. "The
North-Central and Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council elections are round
the corner and we have to do something to raise the morale of our
supporters," Love-Slave said.
Ra-Blue faults media
Ra-Blue was envious that the media has been after Fonny during the
past couple of weeks. After a few failed attempts to attract the media
for a special briefing, he made a sweeping statement that all media
groups in Sri Lanka are biassed. However, the bitter truth is that the
same media helped him to become Premier in 2001 and even supported him
in his unsuccessful 2005 Prez election campaign. |
