Maersk Line wins 2012 AFSCA Awards

Maersk Line won the 'Best Global Shipping Line' and the 'Best Shipping Line - Asia -Europe' Awards at the 26th Annual Asian Freight and Supply Chain Awards, in Shanghai.

This is the 19th consecutive year when Maersk Line took home the award of 'Best Global Shipping Line' and the 24th time it won the 'Best Shipping Line-Asia-Europe' Award.

Head of Sales for East China, Maersk Line, Mike Fang received the award on behalf of the company. He said, "We're honoured to be recognised by our customers for our efforts on delivering high quality products. Winning such awards again proves that our focus on reliability, ease of doing business and environment has differentiated our products in the market.

It is an endorsement from our customers for our Daily Maersk service, which has changed the industry standard by delivering on promises and saving costs for customers. We will continue to focus on bringing greater reliability to our customers in the coming year and beyond".
