Here we carry views of some politicians:

TNA should participate in PSC

Senior Minister Prof. Tissa Vitharana

A: The TNA should in the first instance participate in the deliberations of the PSC in a spirit of goodwill and cooperation in the hope of seeking a solution to the ethnic issue.

Q: Don't you think that the TNA proposals are not any different to the LTTE demands.

A: The LTTE proposed for an Interim Self-Government Authority in the North and East in November 2003 were similar to the TNA proposals.
