Sri Lanka's 400m teams enter finals

Sri Lanka’s 400m men’s and women’s teams gave a glimmer of hope of
winning a medal as they entered the final of the 400m race.
In the 400m race heat number two Sri Lanka’s Dulaj Madusanka clocked
47.75 seconds to qualify to run in the finaland also reaching the
qualifying standards of World World junior ) ) and junior qualifying
standards.
In the women’s 400m race their were two namely Nadeeshani Henderson
(56.51 sec). Chinese Taipei’s Liao Ching-Hsien won the 100m women’s
final with a timing of 11.97 sec. while Iran’s Taftian Hassan won the
men’s 100m final with a timing of 10.49 seconds.
