Mobitel care for Asian Junior Athletic C'ships
Sri Lanka's national mobile services provider, Mobitel has signed up
as the Official Mobile Communication Partner for the upcoming 15th Asian
Junior Athletic championships. Mobitel sees this event as a boon for Sri
Lanka sports as a whole. The sheer stature of the event conducted in
line with international sporting standards will undoubtedly elevate the
standards of local athletics and sports in general to a new level.
Over 800 junior athletes from 34 Asian countries will take part in
the championships scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka from June 9th to
12th at the Sugathadasa International Stadium. Over 180 junior athletes
from Sri Lanka will take part in this event.
