Dr. Antony Fernando is a former Lecturer in English at Kelaniya University. Kavithaa Sivaharan Rajaratnam is a Lecturer in Linguistics, Kelaniya University.

Channa Sudath Jayasumana's latest book Dosthora Katha was launched in Colombo recently as a Sooriya publication.

Dr. Jayasumana's other publications include Marxvadaya Athharinnai Javipeta yavu lipi, Sinhala Bauddha Vidya Prabandha and Demala Janathavage Sankshiptha Ithihasaya.

Dumbara Nilame

Gunaratne Ekanayake's latest Sinhala novel Dumabara Nilame was launched as a Nipun publication recently.

Ekanayake has written a number of Sinhala novels such as Dahasak Pethum Pathala, Piyek Ethi Puthek, Alut Walauwa, Apema Minissu, Kandulu Bemma and Siyalla Jayagath Daruva. He has also published many short story collections, children's stories, scripts for plays and novels for young adults.
