Laugfs Business School completes ‘Leadership Development Program’

Laugfs Business School recently concluded the ‘Leadership Development Program’, a module-driven development program for the second-line managers of Laugfs Group.

The program had 34 participants representing the subsidiaries of Laugfs.

The program was conducted over five months at the state-of-the art campus of Lahes (the education subsidiary of Laugfs Holdings), at the World Trade Centre, with modules covering Effective Leadership, Professional Communication, Best Practices in HR, Marketing, Information Technology, Customer Service Excellence and Financial Management.

The modules were delivered by reputed Academic professionals. At the end of the classroom learning, the participants had the opportunity to run real-life businesses. The hands-on experience gained from the business projects, brought-out the hidden talentof the participants.
