Lyceum under 14 boys Badminton Team that emerged champions
in the Ananda Alahakoon Memorial All-Island under-14

BADMINTON: Lyceum International School, Nugegoda emerged champions in
the Inter-School Under-14 Badminton Championship "E" Division Tournament
played at S. Thomas' College courts at Mount Lavinia.
There were 18 schools from all over the island that participated in
the tournament organised by the Schools Badminton Association of Sri
Lanka.
Lyceum emerged champions after beating Briliyan Star College, Matara
(a 'walk-over in round one), beat Gothami Junior School, Gampaha (first
round), beat Royal Institute, Kurunegala in pre-quarter finals, beat
Lyceum International School, Panadura in the quarter-finals and beat
Royal Institute, Nugegoda in the semi finals and in the final, Lyceum
Nugegoda beat D.B. Welagedara Vidyalaya, Kurunegala.
