Rewards for People's Bank Ethera Isura NRFC account holders

In a bid to recognise and endorse one of the most important contributors to the national economy - the migrant worker, the People's Bank takes the opportunity to express its commitment to support and strengthen these customers by rewarding them for their efforts to power Sri Lanka's growth to be the Wonder of Asia.

Ethera Isura NRFC account holders who have maintained a minimum balance of US$250 within any particular month now stand a chance of winning 50 cash awards worth Rs. 25,000 through the monthly draws, whilst every additional saving of US$250 gives the customer another chance at each draw.

The grand draw at the end of the year will see the winner walk away with a mammoth one million rupees with 10 consolation prizes of Rs. 100,000 and 15 consolation prizes of Rs. 50,000 each.

To be eligible for the year end grand draw, NRFC customers should maintain a minimum balance of US$250 or the equivalent in any currency between July 1 and December 31, 2012. Once again, maintaining multiples of the stipulated value or the equivalent in any currency gives the customer more chances to be a part of the draw.

In addition, NRFC account holders also receive an accident insurance cover worth up to Rs. 1,000,000, a health cover worth Rs. 100,000 and a baggage insurance cover worth Rs. 50,000 if they maintain the minimum balance of US$250 or the equivalent value in any currency within their account and subjected to the insurance conditions.
