Ten schoolboys in Sri Lanka sevens squad

Ten schoolboys who excelled in the school rugby season just concluded
were included in the Sri Lanka's forty-member Rugby Sevens Squad by the
National Rugby Selectors in preparation for the HSBC Asian Rugby Sevens
Tournament to be held in the months of September, October and November
2012.
Among the schoolboys are: Oshan Mahawatte (Ananda), Lahiru Fernando
(Dharmaraja), Hirantha Perera (Isipathana), Richard Dharmapala and
Heshan Maduranga (Science College), Dulaj Perera (St. Peter's), Kanil
Seneviratne, Randika Alwis and T.D. Karunatileka (Trinity) and Jason
Dissanayake (Vidyartha). The rest of the players in the squad are:
Chilanka Sudaraka, Mushin Faleel, Lasintha de Costa, Piyum Jayasinghe
(CR&FC). Mohammed Sherif, Mithun Hapugodage, Sandun Herath, Shenal Dias,
Chamara Dabare (Havelock SC),
Harith Ratnayake, Roshan Weeraratne, Fazil Marija, Saliya Kumara,
Pradeep Liyanage (Kandy SC).
Dinusha Chaturanga, Chula Susantha, M.E.R. de Silva, Charith
Seneviratne, Yoshitha Rajapaksa, Bilal Hassan, Suranga Pushpakumara,
Chanaka Chandimal (All from Navy).
Shanaka Kumara (Police), Wiswamithra Jayasinghe, Sajith Saranga,
Radika Hettiarachchi, Dilip Selvam, Rajith Sansoni, Srinath
Sooriyabandara and Nigel Ratwatte (All Up-country Lions).
