Lee Keegal touched down for an unconverted try. The sailors hit back
soon with their three quarter line got activated off a line out which
Havelocks won and subsequently lost which winger Stefen Cokaunivalu
speeded away to score and Dev Anand added the extra points.
At this point the league champions lost their way for a while due to
lack of supportive play which the sailors took maximum advantage by
dominating. But the Park Club who is enjoying one of their best seasons
got their act together once more giving some anxious moments to the
sailors in their territory. off a ruck formed just under the Naval
territory near the posts William Hakalo broke off and touched down.
Hakalo himself put over the easy conversion.
Havelocks led 12-10 at the breather.
On resumption the Havies play maker Hakalo put over a penalty and
minutes later a defensive lapse by the sailors saw William Hakalo
picking up the ball and sprinting to score under the post. Hakalo who
had an impressive match gave the extra points.
Navy tried hard to come into equal terms but the Havelocks defended
stout heartedly and restricted the Navy score only to three points in
