His ambition is to be an engineer. Thisara's secret to success is
that he did his daily work as a routine aand never postponed what he had
to do for the day.
Anjali Upeksha Maduwanthi of Thalathuoya Junior School also scored
196 marks. She studied under very difficult circumstances and overcame
all obstacles to get first place with Thisara.
She comes from a farmer family. Anjali had the freedom to do whatever
she wanted to do and that's how she took to studying and did it to the
best of her ability. Sajith Adithiya Wickremasinghe of Kandana Seventh
Day Adventist Senior School scored 195 marks and came third.
He did not pay any extra attention to studies but was an avid reader.
He is full of mischief and nurtured a dream of one day entering Royal
College, Colombo 7. Now his dream has come true. Meanwhile eight
students have obtained 194 marks and secured third place. |
