Superb century by Nimesha

A fine century by Nimesha Gunasingha (106) of St. Anthony's
Katugastota was the highlight of the drawn under-19 schools cricket
encounter between S. Thomas' Mount Lavinia and St. Anthony's,
Katugastota at Mount Lavinia yesterday.
In reply to the Thomians first innings score of 227, the Anthonians
were 134 for 2 overnight with Nimesha Gunasingha unbeaten on 58.
Gunasingha assured that his team take a first innings lead with his
century that included eleven fours and a six. Anthonians were all out
for 253. Madushan Ravichandrakumar (5 for 92) was the chief wicket taker
for the Thomians.
