HNB Assurance introduces Liya Harasara

International Women's Day was celebrated on March 8. To celebrate this day HNB Assurance launched the Liya Harasara campaign. The campaign will continue till the end of this month.

HNB Assurance Liyasara caters to all age groups of women.

"Even though one tends to think of insurance as something men buy, there are many families across the country who depend heavily on the income provided by women in today's work force.

HNB Assurance has taken an initiative in recognising the importance of insurance for women and to salute women representing all generations of womanhood," said Managing Director, HNB Assurance, Manjula de Silva.

"HNB Assurance Liya Harasara offers women who obtain a life insurance policy from HNB Assurance during March, free life insurance cover upto one million rupees.

When a husband obtains a life insurance policy, the spouse has an opportunity to get free life insurance cover up to one million rupees," a spokesman for the company said.

"Women who obtain motor insurance policies are entitled to free life cover up to Rs 500,000 and more than 100 lucky women will be selected for a free shopping experience from a draw, representing all HNB Assurance branches islandwide," he said.

General Manager Marketing and Distribution, HNB Assurance, Lalith Fernando said that promotions at regional level will be conducted islandwide throughout this month.
