Educational opportunities for Lankan students

There is a demand in several countries for trained medical scientists in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Rather than trying to become medical practitioners, students can do programs in these fields, said School Director, International and Postgraduate Division of the School of Life, Sport and Social Sciences at Edinburgh Napier University, UK, Prof. Sophie Foley at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Graduate Institute of Science and Management (GISM).

Assistant Dean, International at Edinburgh Napier University, UK Prof. Fran Alston was present.

With this agreement, GISM will offer degree pathway programs in Sri Lanka for students before they leave for the UK.
