369 Tamil medium police officers pass out

Forty four Tamil medium probationary Sub-Inspectors, 110 probationary women sub inspectors and 215 probationary woman police constables passed out after the residential training of 1 year and 3 months at the Kalutara Palathota Police Training School, last Monday (17th) evening.

The passing out ceremony was organised by the Police Training School Director SSP Sanjeewa Dharmarathna with the co-operation of all the police officers of the School. Speaker Chamal Rajapaksha was the chief-guest at the event. IGP N.K. Ilangakoon too participated.

Speaker Chamal Rajapaksha was presented a special memento on the occasion by the IGP Ilangakoon, following the awards-presentation to the best police officers at the ceremony.
