Singer launches new smartphone
Singer Sri Lanka (PLC), the national distributor for Huawei, has
launched the Ascend W1 and Ascend G510 and Y300 smartphones to the
market.
"The Ascend WI has a 4-inch display, 1GHz dual core possessor, a
5-megapixel AF dual camera with flash and 4GB on board storage and a
battery with up to 470 hours of standby time," a spokesman for the
company said.

"The Windows 8 mobile platform has an intuitive and streamlined
interface, focusing on ease of use with the introduction of its
innovative Modern UI, a key feature of which is the ability to
multi-task efficiently," said CEO Singer Sri Lanka, Asoka Pieris.
