HNB Assurance gifts drinking water system
HNB Assurance under its Corporate Social Responsibility program,
donated its 23rd clean drinking water supply system recently to J R S de
Almeida Maha Vidyalaya in Urumuttha Akuressa. This school with a
83-year-old heritage, had difficulties in accommodating a drinking water
supply system for over 500 children and their families.

General Manager, Marketing and Distribution, Lalith Fernando said,
"Clean drinking water is the essential for human beings.
Those living in urban areas take this facility for granted, while
there are so many villages who are deprived of this facility.
With this clean water supply system, we hope to ease the burden of
the affected people by improving their health standards and thereby the
quality of life.
HNB Assurance also reconstructed the children's park in Dombagoda
Maha Vidyalaya in Thihthagalle, Ahangama. "HNB Assurance PLC is one of
