Love-Slave invited to save Green leader
Ra-Blue loyalists who initially rejected Saa-jeet, the Love Slave at
the Green political rallies, have now turned to the former deputy leader
after party surveys predicted a humiliating defeat. Fearing that another
defeat would result in the Reformists' call for leadership change,
Ra-Blue has reluctantly ordered his men to put Love-Slave on stage for
his survival.
Motive behind Hah-Ring and Gem's hosannas
Ra-Blue has now realised why the Green Em Pees Hah-Ring and Gem Wije
are singing hosannas for the party leadership. Hah-Ring, who had said
that he and Gem Wije would even touch and lick their leader, are
daydreaming of becoming deputy Green leader while Gem Wije aims at
becoming the Op Leader by 2017.
Marriage proposal stands after 20 years
My-win got carried away when he met the evergreen Geetha at Johnny's
son's rally at Nikaweratiya. "I still feel like marrying you. Had you
married me then, you would have become a Silva by now" he told the
actress turned politician. "I know that you were crazy about film stars.
Had you made the proposal 20 years ago, I would have considered it", she
said.
Soo-me's advice on eve of defeat
The senior Bell Boys are maintaining a low profile on Soo-me, the
One-sa's instructions. Having realised that they would barely get even
one member each elected to the Wayamba and Central councils that are
provincial, Soo-me has asked his party seniors to keep their big mouths
shut, so that their imminent defeat would not be highlighted. |
