China is one of the leading countries in terms of investment
opportunities.
The growth of China's economy has, however, made her major generator
of FDI, investing overseas more and seeking to expand trading ties with
South Asian countries.
The BOI is confident of attracting more Chinese investments as China
has increased her investments in the South Asian region.
The BOI was represented by Senior Deputy Director, Media and
Publicity, Jagath de Silva and Deputy Director, Investment Promotion,
Manilal Ranasinghe. |
